Over the past 30 days RENDER has moved −14.60% and over the past 90 days −25.45%.

Circulating supply is 518,772,101 RENDER , against a maximum supply of 644,168,762 RENDER. RENDER runs a burn-and-mint equilibrium: payments for GPU work burn tokens while node operators receive new emissions, so net supply tracks the balance between network usage and rewards. Supply is bounded by a max of roughly 644 million tokens.

The gap to the record

Getting back to $13.53 from here would take a 10.0× move — that multiple, not the percentage, is the honest way to read a drawdown. The figure above updates every hour as our price snapshot refreshes; the record itself is an editorial fact recorded from CoinGecko.

All-time low

Render's recorded all-time low is $0.0367, on June 16, 2020 (CoinGecko). From that low to today's price is the other end of the same story — aggregators differ on launch-era data, so we name the source we cite.

What moves Render's price

  • The AI trade: RENDER moves with AI-compute sentiment broadly — Nvidia earnings, GPU-shortage headlines, and AI funding cycles spill directly into the token.
  • Network usage: frames rendered and burn volume are the on-chain fundamentals; the burn-and-mint model means real usage mechanically tightens supply.
  • OTOY ecosystem integrations: Render's pipeline into professional tools (OctaneRender, Cinema 4D workflows) and platform partnerships drive the paying-customer side.
  • Expansion beyond rendering into AI inference/training workloads: success in generalizing the GPU marketplace widens the addressable market beyond visual effects.
  • Solana migration effects: since moving token operations from Ethereum to Solana in late 2023, Render participates in Solana-ecosystem flows and its DePIN cohort.

KEY DRIVER · THE AI TRADE

About Render

Render Network was conceived by Jules Urbach, founder and CEO of OTOY, the company behind the OctaneRender engine used across film and motion graphics. The network, live since 2020, matches creators who need GPU rendering with operators who have idle high-end cards, at prices below centralized cloud providers.

Originally an Ethereum token (RNDR), the community voted in 2023 to migrate to Solana as RENDER for cheaper, faster payments, and adopted the burn-and-mint emission model. The AI boom repositioned the network: the same marketplace that renders film frames can serve AI image generation and other GPU compute, placing Render in the DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure) category alongside its original media niche.

RENDER tokenomics

RENDER's maximum supply is about 644 million tokens (expanded from RNDR's 536.9 million at migration to fund emissions). Under burn-and-mint equilibrium, clients pay for render work in fiat or RENDER, a corresponding amount of RENDER is burned, and node operators earn newly minted emissions on a declining schedule — so the float tightens when usage outpaces emissions. The original 2017 token sale and team allocations have long since vested.

SUPPLY
RENDER runs a burn-and-mint equilibrium: payments for GPU work burn tokens while node operators receive new emissions, so net supply tracks the balance between network usage and rewards.

How to buy Render

RENDER trades on major exchanges including Coinbase, Kraken, and Binance. Since the 2023 migration it is natively a Solana token (older ERC-20 RNDR can be upgraded), so self-custody means a Solana wallet such as Phantom.

Render FAQ

What does the Render Network actually do?

It matches people who need GPU power — 3D artists rendering scenes, AI workloads generating images — with operators renting out idle graphics cards. Jobs are split across the network, verified, and paid in RENDER at prices typically below centralized cloud GPU services.

Is RENDER on Ethereum or Solana?

Solana, since a community-approved migration in late 2023 (the ticker changed from RNDR to RENDER). Legacy ERC-20 tokens remain upgradeable through the official migration portal.

What is burn-and-mint equilibrium?

Render's supply model: payments for work burn RENDER while node operators receive fixed, declining emissions of new tokens. When network usage is high, burns can offset or exceed emissions, tying token supply directly to demand for GPU work.

How is Render connected to OTOY?

Render was founded by Jules Urbach, OTOY's CEO, and plugs into OTOY's OctaneRender — software widely used in film, TV, and motion design. That gives the network a real professional user base that most DePIN projects lack.

Is Render an AI token or a media token?

Both. Its origin and core demand are visual-effects rendering, but the same GPU marketplace serves AI image generation and compute workloads, which is why it trades with the AI-token cohort.

What is Render's all-time high?

Render's all-time high is $13.53, reached on March 17, 2024 (source: CoinGecko).

How far is RENDER from its all-time high?

As of 2026-08-01 19:21 UTC, RENDER trades at $1.35 — 90.0% below its all-time high. Reaching the ATH again would require a 10.0× move. This figure refreshes hourly with our CoinMarketCap data.

What was Render's lowest price ever?

Render's recorded all-time low is $0.0367, on June 16, 2020 (source: CoinGecko). Aggregators can differ on launch-era data; we cite the source shown.

Will RENDER reach a new all-time high?

We don't publish predictions. What can be said factually: RENDER trades 90.0% below its all-time high, and this page tracks that gap with hourly-refreshed data.
